1. Scope
This policy explains how Ludulicious B.V. processes personal data through the PortalNuxt website, access-request process, operator control plane, and managed portal onboarding. An organization’s dedicated customer portal may publish its own privacy policy for data processed inside that portal.
2. Data we collect
When you request access, we collect your name, work email, organization, website, intended use, expected number of users, desired timeline, preferred portal address, and any additional information you provide. We also process limited technical and security data, including IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, request timestamps, browser information, and authentication session data for PortalNuxt operators.
3. Why we use it
We use this data to assess requests, communicate outcomes, prevent abuse, provision approved portals, operate and secure the service, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Service providers
Ludulicious B.V. uses service providers where necessary to operate PortalNuxt. These may include infrastructure and database hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Providers may process only the information needed to perform their service under their own applicable terms and safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Ludulicious B.V. applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access restrictions, isolated tenant infrastructure, encrypted secrets, and security logging. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
7. Cookies
PortalNuxt uses essential browser storage and cookies where required for authentication, security, and interface preferences. The public access-request form does not require an applicant account.
8. Changes and contact
Ludulicious B.V. may update this policy when PortalNuxt or its processing changes. The current version is published here. Privacy questions or rights requests can be submitted through the PortalNuxt access form.
