1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the PortalNuxt website, the access-request process, and any managed PortalNuxt service provided by Ludulicious B.V. Submitting a request does not create an account, guarantee acceptance, or form a paid service agreement.
2. Invitation-only access
PortalNuxt is currently invitation-only. Ludulicious B.V. may accept, decline, or request more information about an application. Approved organizations receive separate onboarding information before a managed portal is made available.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use PortalNuxt to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or compromise the security of any system. Ludulicious B.V. may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties.
4. Availability
Ludulicious B.V. takes reasonable care to keep PortalNuxt accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change while the managed service is being developed.
5. Intellectual property
PortalNuxt includes open-source software that remains subject to its applicable licences. Other website copy, branding, and service materials belong to Ludulicious B.V. or its licensors. Customers remain responsible for content they place in their own portal and for having the rights required to use that content.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the PortalNuxt Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Ludulicious B.V. and the user will first try to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
8. Changes and contact
Ludulicious B.V. may update these terms when PortalNuxt changes. The current version is published here. Questions can be submitted through the PortalNuxt access form.
